• Not approach our clients directly regarding opportunities introduced by us

4. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about job requirements and working conditions
• Keep candidate information confidential
• Pay fees in accordance with agreed terms
• Notify us promptly of any offers made to candidates we have introduced

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees are set out in our engagement letters and are typically calculated as a percentage of the candidate's first year remuneration. Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Bankhead Recruitment Ltd and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
